The article doesn’t mention how many men have purchased tickets. And did they allow sales only to men under a certain age? Surely that’s illegal discrimination in a public accommodation.
Also doesn’t say how many men were PAID to “sail” with these pathetic women. Beyond the 3 mile limit there’s no law against prostitution.
If it is a Cougar Love boat I would assume the men who act kind and with no gag reflex do so under the fair cash and no tax law.
