EPA Scientist Silenced in Coverup
Human Events ^ | 12/09/2009 | Jed Babbin

Monday’s declaration by the Environmental Protection Administration that carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases endanger public health is apparently a regulatory fraud. It was made after EPA regulators refused to consider a report from a leading EPA scientist rejecting the theory that emission of greenhouse gases causes global warming.

The EPA’s highly-publicized action declared, “…GHGs [greenhouse gases] are the primary driver of climate change, which can lead to hotter, longer heat waves that threaten the health of the sick, poor or elderly; increases in ground-level ozone pollution linked to asthma and other respiratory illnesses; as well as other threats to the health and welfare of Americans.”

The EPA declaration was puffed to the media as the way the Obama administration could impose limits on carbon dioxide emissions despite the fact that its “cap and trade” bill -- which passed the House earlier this year -- remains stalled in the Senate. It was obviously intended to increase pressure on the Senate to pass the House “cap and tax” bill and to give Obama leeway in Copenhagen to promise -- perhaps even agree to treaty limitations -- on U.S. carbon emissions.

...And now the EPA has its own “Climategate.” It is in the report by EPA’s Dr. Alan Carlin who was -- according to this July 16 letter to EPA Administrator Lisa Jackson -- subjected to a gag order.

The March 16, 2009 report by Dr. Alan Carlin says -- among other things -- that “As of the best information we currently have, the GHG/CO2 hypothesis as to the cause of global warming, which this Draft TSD supports, is currently an invalid hypothesis from a scientific viewpoint because it fails a number of critical comparisons with available observable data. Any one of these failings should be enough to invalidate the hypothesis;

It’s time to shut down the fascist EPA. That mob is out of control.

This EPA ruling has been inevitable since the 2007 Supreme Court Decision ruling that the EPA has the authority to regulate CO2 emissions.

You know, ranchers out West have a saying about the grey wolves: “Shoot, shovel, and shut up”. Who is going to enforce this?

Lets approach this fraudulent and ridiculous action another way. Lets force them by law to really do their job as protectors of the public’s health and safety and regulate the most significant of the “greenhouse” gases, namely Di Hydrogen Oxide, or better known as H2O.

Di Hydrogen Oxide is 300 times more “concentrated” in our atmosphere, to the point where it actually creates opaque hovering masses of itself, acting as greenhouse blankets, also known as “clouds”. Carbon Di Oxide is negligible in comparison as a greenhouse gas “pollutant”

We should demand that the government agency draw up a strategy for Di Hydrogen Oxide abatement, and carry it out immediately! I would suggest the banning of outdoor car washing, and of watering of lawns. Needless to say, one can just imaging the number of jobs created to produce enough plastic sheeting to cover all the oceans and waterways necessary to bring H20 gas polution in accordance with the soon to be released “Copenhagen Accords”.

It is interesting that

Rajendra Pachauri, who heads the UN Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, IPCC (heart of climategate) won the Nobel Peace Prize along with Al Gore. Today Obama was awarded the prize.

Very political and manipulative as an means to advance this hoax

Human exhale has 40K PPM of CO2. As an act of civil disobedience, we should sue every congress critter for endangering our lives.

Irrelevant.

“WE WILL TRY THE POWER OF PERSUASION, AND
IF THAT DOESN’T WORK
WE WILL USE THE PERSUASION OF POWER.

It’s about the redistribution of wealth, domestically and globally.

" It was obviously intended to increase pressure on the Senate to pass the House “cap and tax” bill and to give Obama leeway in Copenhagen to promise -- perhaps even agree to treaty limitations -- on U.S. carbon emissions."

Exactly, and the bureaucrats are so out of touch with the real world, they believed this would actually work.
