Using this he can probably take away our guns. This article explains Obama’s broader authority and how he could get around congress, it is in reference to Climate Gate but if it can be used to force that Fraud upon us it certainly could be used to ratify the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty

Clause 33 on page 39 says that "by 2020 the scale of financial flows to support adaptation in developing countries must be [at least $67 billion] or [in the range of $70 billion to $140 billion per year]."

I don't understand.

I got tired of my house being warm, so, I followed the example of the geniuses in Copenhagen and gave my monthly electrical payment for air conditioning to a homeless panhandler on the street corner.....and my house is still warm.
