I’m rummaging around in my copy of the Constitution for the clause that gives the power to a foreign entity to tax even one penny from an American. Doesn’t this document mean ANYTHING anymore?
I'm surprised you haven't noticed -- they don't care about the Constitution. There is only Power and the Will to use it.
