The head of the EPA just said if congress doesn’t pass Cap and Trade she’ll just take over. Arrest her!

I just have one thing to say to the EPA: Bring it on.
Actually two things, you might read the entire Declaration of Independence. Take note the section that deals with the King who does not listen to his subjects and extrapolate from that what could be a concern for those who are SUPPOSED to represent individuals, not rule them.
