Good theory but If I do this I may actually OWE taxes instead of breaking even. This makes me feel like crap. Id rather be fooled that ‘I got a refund.’ Pathetic huh?

You'll always owe taxes, but instead of letting the government hold on to your weekly taxes, hold on to them yourself. Get it? No matter who holds on to them, you'll still owe the same. The only losers are the politicians because of their loss of interest on that money. YOU collect the interest instead.
