This behavior, acting like a pack of animals(Which is the proper description), stems from many factors.
It is a ‘reversion’ to the laws of the jungle.
Monkeys do this. After the lead male gives some young whippersnapper a rebuking, the other monkeys charge in and kick at the ‘loser’.
However, it has nothing to do with color of Skin.
It has more to do with the justice system being too tolerant to a specific color of skin.
Rather than add more and more laws, we would do better to enforce what we have on the books. Equally.
What you are witnessing is inbred hate for a person of a different race. Good people, who vary in races do not teach their offspring this type of savage mindset.
