check out a Martin Sheen movie made in 1984 called Guardian” You get a chance to see him on his knees begging for the guardian(Lou Gossett) to help him out, after he went to his house to fire him.

Its a made for HBO movie and I have been looking for it for sometime. From what I remember Martin Sheen already had fired (Lou Gosset) and he was looking for him to rehire. The Lou Gosset character rescues the whiny PC guy (Sheen) from a “wolf pack”
