Hundreds of years ago deficient babies were terminated right and left. If it was moral then, what has changed? Hundreds of years ago people were routinely sold as slaves and young virgins were sacrificed to pagan gods -- the fact that this was done "left and right" DID NOT make it moral.

Who said it was ‘moral’ then? Just because something is practiced doesn’t make it moral. Hundreds of years ago, slavery was common, it didn’t make it normal. In some cultures, people were sacrificed, just because those cultures accepted it didn’t make it moral.
