If he mattered this would never have come to the floor, he voted to debate the bill knowing it would require 60 votes to amend it, therefore he voted for the whole bill already.

Cheney went out of his way to extol Lieberman in their little 2000 “debate”. But I’m like you, I know Lieberman is a socialist at heart and will always be so.
