This is a tragic situation and I too mourn the loss of these assassinated police officers. But Washington State has an $8 billion deficit. What the heck is this costing?

I've got a great idea to save money - put the killer - Maurice Clemmons - in a black plastic trash bag and put his body out with the other trash. Not a soul in the world would mourn the loser - and his mother probably wishes he was never born... and who knows, we might save $100.
