Has there been any complaint about the beer commercial on “fumbling with condiments” which obviously is a reference to “fumbling with condoms”?

I understand this device can solve many problems that people may have with what is broadcast to their TV.

I agree, and to an extent, anyone who watches broadcast TV these days shouldn’t be shocked at the lack of class. However, this was a bit more jolting because they took an image that would draw children’s attention to the TV.

Tell it to the kids. No need for that, as I threw our TV in the trash when our first one was born.
No need for an electronic babysitter in our home.

However, this was a bit more jolting because they took an image that would draw childrens attention to the TV. Only for those that wish the Nanny State to control what their kids see on the TV.
For everybody else, there is the remote control, parental desecration as to what their kids blankly stare into the TV and watch or not having a TV in the house to rot your kid's brain.

No, when my wife was pregnant with our first child, we were at a friend’s house watching TV and I noticed how their six month old and two year old were staring into the TV and we made the decision not to have a TV in our home with children.

Has Obama's ChildSafe Czar inserted the mandatory fisting and pedophilia references yet?

O’Reilly called this one right - it’s CBS (See BS) attempt to “be cool” and the “South Park-ing of CBS”
And as Bernie Goldberg chimed in, “It’s pathetic” - and compared it to an old geezer hitting on 20 year old chicks in a bar.
CBS *is* pathetic. Just look at their news division.

While I have a television for DVDs, I have not had cable or access to programming in 13 years. It is a decision that my wife and I made when we moved to the country and, for the most part, we haven't regretted it.
I do rarely have access to television, when I visit with my wife's parents. Generally, we discourage our children from watching the tube when they visit, but sometimes there is something interesting and fun on. At other times, I can occassionally catch something via the web.
So, let me get this straight? Since I haven't had TV in 13 years; sexual liaisons and porn collections are items of discussion during shows that are programmed in prime time??

If you are sending your kids to public school, if you are watching television, if you are absorbing the news from the MSM...
you are part of the problem. Cut it out.
To: freedumb2003
And it kinda sucked for a while as when we had just those brief moments as new parents to relax and maybe watch TV and there was not TV to watch.
However, we have a TV now and watch it very seldom and the kids who did not have a TV in the house until they were over 13 or 14, now have little or any interest in TV.
It is just see kids younger than 10 or 11 that appear to be hypnotized by the TV that really freaks me out.
