He fought harder for amnesty than SS reform and he EXPANDED Medicare! So, yes.. I can discredit Bush for it.

Yes, but the defense that “the other guy did the evil thing worse” is a fallacy. A not-small chunk of this year’s deficit is the TARP that Bush signed and Obambi voted for.

We're discussing money not amnesty. Stay focused. And I was not happy about TARP either. But two wars, a recession, Katrina, Rita... and only $1.8 trillion in 8 years is not good but it is not the horror you are making it out to be. That horror is happening right now with Obama at over $1 trillion budget deficit per year along with intergovernmental debt expanding rapidly.
