Back in the late 50’s early ‘60’s there was an explanation about clock settings out of the factory being set to mark Lincoln’s death.

Anyway, the strange thing is that lately, in the last couple of weeks, that explanation has been rumbling around my head until it ocurred to me that the real reason watches and clocks come out of the factory set at that time was to mark the beginning of the end of the Republic.
Which, if one could accept that inspiration as likely and coupled with the 1010 business you pointed out, would make it one long conspiracy against the Free World.
Or, it could mean the gestapo models just slipped on fresh out of the factory watches.
That’s what makes these dam illuminati jokes so funny to them.
