I guess he thought the press wouldn’t look into it. I mean it worked for obama.
Everyone who questions this guys medals should be labeled a “medalier”

I had no idea they were WW I vets around 80 years old . There are exceptions. Me for example, I was born June 29th, 1945. Too late for the campaign in Europe but I was the co pilot of the Enola Gay.
Here's a picture of me, right after that historic flight, you will note that I am modestly covering all my medals.

wasnt it later proven that Kerry threw SOMEONE ELSES medals over the fence and kept his own (you know- the 3 purple hearts he got during 3 months in Viet Nam for scratches requiring a band-aid, before they shipped him home as UNFIT FOR COMMAND)
Kerry was in Vietnam? I did not know that...

Did you also know that Senator Tom Harkin, Dem. Iowa, was flying high cover for Kerry when he was in Cambodia ;^)

Oh my! Can you say Walter Mitty! At least he was just the hero in his mind. He didn’t try to scam anyone!

“This guy sounds a little loose in the head.”
We had a couple guys in our American Legion Post who, at ceremonies such as Memorial Day, wore medals and ribbons and other decorations for which they were not entitled. We all laughed at them.

He served in the SAS during WWI, eh? He couldn't have as it wasn't formed until WWII. But then you don't go from recruit directly to SAS, so he could have fought in WWI and joined the SAS later.

On his flying carpet no doubt. No, he flew unarmed jets between Nam and Japan for maintenance, but claimed he flew combat missions during an election campaign. Michelle Malkin, I think, was the first to expose his lies.
I think this puts him on a par with Kerry's secret Christmas mission to Cambodia under president Nixon's administration.
