The ruling will allow it to regulate emissions without the approval of the US Congress - a move designed to show President Obama is taking climate change seriously.Huh? So the EPA's decision is based on politics designed to shore up Obama's image.
I thought they were basing it on some kind of science.

Let's ban di-hydrogen monoxide while we are at it. After all it is used in pesticides, and is finding its way into our reservoirs. It is even showing up in ice cream, children's ice cream!

The EPA’s orders can be regulated or rescinded by Congress.
I think Congress is going to have to reign in the EPA; and hopefully this will be the start of real Congressional oversight over many other federal agencies gone wild.

US, the world’s largest economy and second biggest source of carbon
Second biggest source? What a crock, during the Kyoto BS we weren’t even allowed to count our immense forests in the end numbers. Last time I looked I thought the trees turned Carbon Dioxide(which isn’t bad) into better stuff, like oxygen. These commies on Bambi’s staff are going to ruin us.

We are all doomed. I do not know if this country can survive 3 more years of this radical socialist.
