And it reminds me back when Ray Perkins changed Bama’s helmets because he wanted to get away from Bear Bryant’s legacy. What was he thinking?
The kids at our school couldn’t wait to put on those British racing green helmets on that said “Dragons” on each side. Now they have gold ones, with a hard to decipher, eagle head and school initials logo. Hardly anybody likes it.
