I read that article. The author makes the claim of potentially running based ENTIRELY on the fact that she made a stop in Iowa (because no politician would otherwise stop in Iowa).

That’s quite a s t r e t c h. I hope your desire to see her run doesn’t cloud your ability to see what a stretch this type of claim is.

you Beltway types just don’t seem to get it. You don’t need a title to make an impact.

Wow, what a zinger right off the bat.

Her statement about not having to have a title to make
an impact is so very true, look at the impact she’s had
since leaving the governorship.

In addition, I believe she was telling the media she
plans to run in 2012 with this...

And I believe we live in a beautiful country blessed with so many different people who want the

best for their children, families and for our great nation. I’m so proud to be an American.

And that is what I’ll be talking about when I travel to, really where I’m headed.

No better place than here to announce where I’m going. I’m going to Iowa!

I really don’t think she was talking about the book tour.
I think she took the opportunity to communicate this to
her supporters on a level above the heads of the media.

Well the Ames straw poll is in a year and a half.

Sarah continues to speak directly to the polis in
a plain and simple manner much as Ronald Reagan did.
The fact that the media refuses to countenance her
directness and honesty matters to her not at all.

Sarah's hat will probably be the hottest piece of merchandise in the country in a week or two

Without a matching foot-wide boob-belt? I don't see how.

Happy to have her run, but we have plenty of good choices. JUST NO MORE G.D. RINOS like the last loser.

For instance if that Nelson Rockefeller retread Romney manages to snag the nomination, I don't know what the hell I'll do.

A few good choices I guess but the excitement and news cycle dominating gap is huge between her and all others.

Despite what you have read, or more likely, despite what you have written, I do feel a real bond with all of you. I studied journalism, earned a communications degree and for a time only wanted to be a journalist. I was even a television sportscaster back home.

I’m guessing some of you probably got your start the exact same way… once there was television.
