You’re comparing child rapists and murderers to someone who was not one at the time. There is no comparison and we can’t go after people for what they “might” do without endangering a large portion of society or trampling on any sense of justice or liberty.

Hey there, you are the one who is saying we have to give hard labor & less sentences or we are going to have a bunch of islamic radicals running loose on our streets. Not me. I think 26 yrs was fine. There was a reason he was sentenced to that wasn't there? Like the stolen gun, the assaults, the robberies, & sneaking a weapon into court etc?

I told you about Duncan because had a judge done the correct thing & kept this monster in jail instead of bailing him out he wouldn't have raped & killed. He too was a criminal by choice as a teenager.

We all make choices in our lives Yomin. We have to live with that & what the result of those choices are. To say he became a maniac in jail is silly. He already had problems. To say he would become a islamic terrorist because he or any black teen have long sentences is asinine. People can become whatever religion they want. Or they can lie & pretend they have changed... If while in jail you commit more crimes then of course you ought to do more time. Just because your panties are in a bunch over this guy doesn't mean we all have to agree with you. I might have said his sentence was harsh before he killed the cops & raped the child but since reading your rants I think it was not outrageous.
