Read any study on recidivism. Read any stat or article on radical Islamic recruitment. Read anything at all and think for one second instead of typing so much. If you admittedly haven’t read anything on those issues, then stop talking so much (actually, in your case, I should say stop ranting and raving so much - as your blather can hardly be characterized as “talking”).

It is not up to me or anyone else on this thread to research your assertions. It is a long standing FR tradition that if someone asks for a source cite for an assertion it is up to the OP to provide. Common courtesy demands it too.
I appreciate that you have a passion for reforming sentencing but this is a really strange case to choose for advancing your agenda.
