  I noticed a change after switching from Pepsi to vitamin water. I feel better and the explosive upper body strength comes in handy when I'm faced with street thugs late at night.

I dig it, when I'm fighting Vampires, I only drink the vitamin water.

A pump shotgun works well in those situations and saves time. Throwing all those thugs around is so exhausting. Charles Bronson got by okay with a .32 revolver but he was a movie star.
