Yeah, those auto dealers meet the requirements of standing without question, IMHO. They have a unique injury caused directly by the actions of Obama as POTUS (rather than candidate Obama.) The court can provide a remedy and has the jurisdiction to do so. This will be the case to watch. I knew when Leo’s blog went dark that he had a client, but I never imagined he would have the perfect clients.
