Wisconsin. One of only 2 states without some form of CCW. Not that it would have saved anyone in this case,but at least it would have afforded one the chance to change the outcome.

People are much more likely to get involved when they have the means to change the outcome. Also why the elites are so firmly for gun control. We might start getting involved with the giverment the same way.
