Gosh, I hate to bring this up in view of the strong opinions on both sides of this, but I have an honest and legitimate question. I am not even conversant in legal matters so it might be a totally silly question, but here goes.

Any chance she is working for the other side? What better way to foul up the search for the truth than by planing all manner of false and incorrectly filed suits? It's confusing enough without all the questions regarding her ability as an attorney, but throw in some of the, apparently, obvious miscues and it gets even harder to know what's what. Meanwhile, Obama goes on his merry way with every passing day making it more difficult to undo the damage that's being done.

I have no opinion one way or the other. It just seems to me like to easy a way to throw a monkey wrench into the works.

Laugh if you want, deride if you please, but I just have a hard time overlooking so devious a plan, what with knowing the nature of Barry the Wonder Slug.

Red Steel said "Click here to see the attachment to that document, which is allegedly an immigration forum for Obama."

I'm glad you said "allegedly" because the document is not an immigration form. It's merely a publicly available report generated by Inteligator, which is nothing more than an aggregator of public information: Inteligator.com is a provider of information, gathered from publicly available data. Inteligator.com does not create, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of such data; rather, Inteligator.com receives its information from various sources, including Internet sites. Since immigration records are not public information, there is no "immigration record" information shown in the report.

circumbendibus said "What will Carter say about this? This is from the US Immigration document on Obama that Orly filed. The US attorneys have some 'splainin' to do.

I doubt Carter will say anything, but if he does, it won't be good for Orly – or her clients. Orly has contended – for quite a while – that Obama was born in Kenya. She even submitted two different (and, notably, contradictory and now debunked) so-called Kenyan birth certificates to "prove" her case. NOW she argues that he's from Equatorial New Guinea rather than Kenya ???? The only parties substantially hurt by the most recent submission are Orly's clients. So -- it's Orly who has some 'splainin' to do – not the USAGs.

RowdyFFC said "Yes, she knows how to file a brief...."

No, actually, she doesn't although it's worth noting that this is not a brief – it's a "letter to the Judge." (no comment on that). But when she has filed briefs – in CA, GA, and FL, the courts have repeatedly (over a dozen times) issued notice of deficiency orders – because she didn't know how to file the brief properly. In this recent submission, she dumps a stack of so-called "exhibits" – which is a real mess. She didn't even take the time to do a page break between each different document, so it's difficult to read. She didn't paginate the pages. And she included an excerpt from some (unattributed) email apparently sent to her – it's laughable. The email – which she's submitted to the court ... contains, among other statements: Don't know how much of this is new to you, suggests that birth announcements in Hawaii are fakes due to incorrect letter spacing not used by the era's linotype ...
Contains mention of brother, but not much more ...
It seems if you can connect Patrice Lumuba Friendship University, it may prove a national security threat: ...
Somewhere, deep within the site: www.Newzeal.blogspot.com you may be able to find info that will lead you in a helpful direction. There are about 90 write-ups of Obama's Socialist and Communist connections under the heading "The Obama Files" (right side, a couple scrolls down.) I've been doing a little research for the author, he's in the states right now, think he's heading to CA right now. ...
That Orly submitted this little jewel to the court is proof that she doesn't know how to properly file ... much of anything.
(And yes, I've filed many many (hundreds) of briefs before, in state and federal courts.)

Wally_Kalbacken said "The point is that when you are making an argument in court you need to conform to the rules (both Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and the local rules of the district court you are in). It's not a trivial point. You want your argument to stand out - by submitting an unfocused, non-conforming series of pleadings and drawing more attention to herself then to her arguments - she weakens her position. I have seen her cite dynamic websites by referencing the URL, as evidence. What's next - Wikipedia? The attached document in this latest effort (the reference to Equatorial Guinea) is no better than that. As evidence, on its face it has no more credibility than a Wikipedia entry.

Yes! Except – well, she has cited Wikipedia in the past, and the current exhibits have lesscredibility because they're not even sourced at all.

jwparkerjr asked "Any chance she is working for the other side?

I don't think so. You can't fake her passionate hate for the man. I think she's sincere in her beliefs, just incompetent in her execution.

Ding! Ding! Ding! We have a winner.

Orly Taitz is either mentally ill, an attention whore, or working for Obama.
