Al Gore Cancels $1,200 Per Handshake Event In Copenhagen

Al Gore apparently has canceled a high-priced speaking engagement during the upcoming climate change conference in Copenhagen.

As NewsBusters reported Tuesday, the Nobel Laureate was slated to lecture about his new book "Our Choice" where attendees could pay over $1,200 a ticket for the right to meet the Global Warmingist-in-Chief and have their picture taken with him.

According to Danish newspaper Berlingske, this has been canceled due to "unforeseen changes" to Gore's schedule (rough translation follows, h/t Marc Morano):

How much to find them for you?

Climategate exposes the Global Warming hoax

Snips: The leaked emails consist of correspondence between many of the top researchers in the field of climate science and Global Warming, including CRU’s Director Phillip Jones and his assistant, Keith Briffa; Michael Mann at Pennsylvania State; Malcolm Hughes at the University of Arizona; Kevin Trenberth at the National Center for Atmospheric Research; James Hansen at NASA’s Goddard Institute of Space Studies; and James Holdren, US President Barack Obama’s new ‘Science Czar’. The authenticity of the leaked emails and documents has been verified by Phillip Jones of CRU, Kevin Trenberth, and others.

The emails and documents reveal that the scientists at the CRU and their colleagues in the USA not only falsified their data to ‘prove’ Global Warming, they also collaborated to prevent qualified scientists who disagreed with the theory of Global Warming from publishing or participating in the ‘peer reviews’ process. The belief in Global Warming among scientists is not a consensus; it is a dictatorship.

‘Climategate’ is not an ordinary case of falsifying data by a few rogue scientists. The fraudulent theory of Global Warming has provided the basis for an international political movement which has the stated goal of completely restructuring the entire global economy based on that fraudulent theory. ‘Global Warming’ is a con game perpetrated by dishonest scientists and the government and corporate leaders who provide the corrupt scientists with opportunities for advancement.

If we fail to stop the further politicization and institutionalization of the fraudulent theory of Global Warming, we will most certainly experience a future of ‘science’ controlled by government decree and of a world government that facilitates the operations of corporate industries while imposing severe restrictions and arbitrary taxes on the general public.

That is a future which would fully justify resistance and rebellion among the international populations who will be the victims of this massive global fraud. If we fail to stop this fraudulent enterprise by legal means, we will certainly have a future of global oppression based on fraud, with its attendant institutionalized crimes, and whatever popular backlash might eventually result.

I am so disgusted that he is associated with my home state.

Don't fret. I think TN pretty much successfully disassociated itself from Algore in 2000, when it denied him it's electoral votes.

Algore has been blinded by science.

If his father had not been a Senator, we would all never have heard of Algore. I can't think of anything he has accomplished on his own. He made a splash in the U.S. Senate because he was a good campaigner. Clinton picked him for VP because he was a good fund raiser and would do what he was told. After his failed presidential run he made a cottage industry out of enviromentalism. He was successful at that because he could be quite convincing with his BS. Algore knows better than anyone that his stuff is only supported by embellishment. If it had real merit he would be in Copenhagen with bells on.

what, is Albore going to be hiding under a rock now????

No way he’d ever miss this for mere “scheduling” issues -— it seems obvious that this event was to be his big triumphal “personal scene” in Copenhagen -— planned for months, huge numbers of adoring disciples paying ridiculous amounts of money to hear him babble and to shake his hand.... and the Gorebots are cancelling the event???

He must really be running scared, doesn’t want to be asked any questions right now or have to comment about Climategate? Has anyone seen any comment from him at all in recent days?

Maybe he’s desperately hiding until he can try to think up a way to weasel through the crisis, the fact that his credibility is now being totally shredded forever (it was not there to begin with, but now umpteen millions of people will realize it was all a crock and a scam).

I think we should start a public fund to send Albore off to live near the Arctic Circle amidst his favorite polar bears. He can monitor their population and hope they don’t devour him before they go extinct. /sarcasm

There has been a plethora of evidence from REAL scientists put out in the last years = derided, of course, by the goricles and ignored by the MSM - but what about US?

This refuting evidence has been available for anyone who does a tiny bit of research - without breaking a sweat.

We have the Internet. We have GOOGLE. We have YouTube.

Last year, I sent these articles - had a long list of them - everywhere I could think: all the media and in FR. I finally gave up as no one, even in FR, responded.

Besides, During last winter, one of the bitterest I can remember (and I’m a great grandmother) was too busy lugging wood in and keeping my stove going and my toes warm.

But I’ll post this Part one of one of many exposes - they’d be perfect now for FOX news to air - (go to the side bar on YouTube for lots of debunking - actually, I’ve posted a better link for everyone below)

At the very least, this would be a good video for showing as it’s super simple for the general public to understand - and they would be a lot harder to fool again/

“It’s the Sun Spots, Stupid”

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0BmWy6Nsm6I&feature=related

I’m going to email the above to our regulars: if they get enough emails on one subject, they will run with it.

glennbeck@foxnews.com

hannity@foxnews.com

oreilly@foxnews.com

greta@foxnews.com

rush@eibnet.com

Sarah’s FB - http://www.facebook.com/home.php#/sarahpalin?ref=ts

If you email them, do not mass email - send individually or they won’t get looked at.

I’m simply putting my title:

“It’s The Sun Spots, Stupid” and the video link

If we, the ‘little people’, go viral on this to let the media know we’re not going to let this be swept aside again - we can win this. WE have a small window. Will we take it?

I’ve lost my email adds. to the MSM - as I said, I was busy last winter - and it’s getting downright cold again.

(read my tag line)

So a big carbon credit fraud ring got busted in Denmark yesterday and Algore can’t make it? Obama is going to be in Copenhagen next week. Watch those ears of his.

I’d like Pres. W Bush to scream, “HE LIED!!” to a huge crowd and get red in the face. Yeah, like that will happen!
