So I can safely assume that if a white man had made those death threats he too would have gotten 3 years of probation?

received three years of probation from a federal court judge in New Orleans on Wednesday

He admits to making the death threats, he should have gotten the same sentencing a white supremacist making such threats would have gotten.

Of course we all know that id the person had been a white man posing as white supremacist he would have recived 30 years in jail.
