Exactly... Water vapor is the most abundant greenhouse gas...I guess we just have to wait until the EPA figures out how to regulate/capture it. /s
I haven’t read the whole thing, but I’m pretty sure you will find something along those lines in the Clean Water Reclaimation Act of 2009. /s(?)
