Wow, thank you. This kind of reminds me of a Winston Churchill story. I’m paraphrasing of course:

You know, Huckabee may have used bad judgement in his part of granting clemency (I mean he should have been a clarivolent or prophet and been able to see the future...I mean how dare he be a mere human), but the folks that continue to opportunistically pillor him are just plain disgusting and disinguous. I doubt that 1 in 10 really care about those slain police....they are just a convenient prop.

I might see your point if Huckabee would man up, accept responsibility and shut up. But as usual, the Huckabee tries to shuttle the blame off on the "system" or the parole board or anything else just so long as he can deflect it away from himself.

He commuted this creep's sentence to 49 years knowing full well that the Parole Board would be able to and would parole him at that level.
