Such is the nature of homeowners' associations I would rather live in a dumpster than submit to a HOA. Really, I would.

Such is the nature of homeowners' associations Which is why I refused to consider buying a home in one of these places. I've paid too big a price for my freedom to allow a bunch of busybodies micromanage my day-to-day life.
Maybe we ought to give him his Tommy Gun back and let him settle it that way. According to his citation, he sure knows how to use it.
