..and too bad Mayor Frank Rizzo (ol'philly mayor) wasn't there;

He once made a fool of the libtard presstitutes by announcing and inviting them to a press conference in which he alluded he would come out against the electric chair.

At the press conference he said ,

"..I am now in favor of the electric bench!"
