> Now it begins.

Then again, our nation’s president was friends with a Pentagon bombing terrorist who admits to being “guilty as sin yet free as a bird”.<

Your 100% right. We all know what a scumbag Obama is. Ayers is about the least of it in reality. Think of all the political people Obama squashed in his short career, the thugs he has working for him and the radicals he has chosen for his advisors.

>I would rather have this scum let go than to have our legal system compromised.<

Your point is well taken and sound. there were some reports of people being interviewed from NYC who were none too happy about this development. They are going to have a very difficult time with security protecting these terrorists while they are on trial. It will pit the police against the good citizens who want justice, which I am sure is fine with Obama.

>OK. Case dismissed. $190 fine plus $30 court costs.<

Fines? no no no no no no no ... the terrorists will be able to sue the Government for false imprisonment!
They will make millions for this if the case is dismissed.

I’ll take bets on it!

The result of unintended consequences perhaps.

I think this is the very intention of this adminstration.

"The correct answer should be NO."

Federal district court judges have been making boneheaded rulings for 200 years. I wouldn't count on them doing anything different in these cases.

Some will walk, to be sure. Of course, Obama has said that he won't release them, even if the charges are dismissed with prejudice, or if they're acquitted. Can you imagine the mess that will create in the so-called "Muslim world"?

Unintended? The lawyers in the White House had to know that this would happen.

I dissagree...I honestly do...

If they (the administration, justice department, and the weenie brigade of appeasers) want these shlups to have their day in court...Fine...And if they get a judge to let them off because of these “technicalities”...Fine...

Broadcast their release onto the streets of NYC, and I will make bets they don’t last 30 seconds in this world...

I say we do not allow them to have a forum to mock our system...If they petition the court for dismissal on similar grounds...Fine...Buh Bye...

WE all know why they want to do this...So why allow them to complete the insult...

And if anyone gets in the way and tries to support them upon their release...Baaaaaad mojo...

Just my opinion...
