Worse speech ever. So many mixed messages -- he tells us the situation in Afghanistan is vital to our security and in the next breath says we'll be out in the summer of 2011. Huh?

He wants stipulations from Karzi to uphold his end but what precisely is his end? O'Reilly said it was more like an academic speech without any feeling behind it. If the intent was to rally the troops, it fell flat.

BTW did he bless the troops at the end? I may have missed it out of sheer boredom.
