A fault in the crash - yes, he was in the car alone and is getting a ticket.
The FHP are idiots. Who really wants the press over 150.00 ticket.
This has to be a first for any State Police Agency, a Press conference to let the world know they are giving someone a ticket.
We have truly hit rock bottom...
A simple careless moving traffic violation. Fine and 4 points against driver’s license. Case closed. Amen.
This is bullcrap, and I don’t believe it. If he was DUI, he would have been arrested on the spot.
FHP is spending lots of time explaining to the media fees and eligibility required to receive a copy of the final report. Therein lies the reason for the press conference.
America’s “Pop Culture” hit rock bottom last November.
Their utter incompetence and malfeasance in the Jean Claude Meus case supports your assertion.

What’s the penalty for adultery in Florida?
Ummmm...not.
He was issued a citation and that was it. $164 dollar fine and 4 points. End of story.
Ray Black can afford that new Gulfstream now. ;-)
Gotta love the judicial system.
Nothing but a designed distraction from the fraud of Climategate.

Wow. Quick on the Poser animation, weren’t they?
The arrest should be for his wife for domestic abuse or a similar charge. From my understanding of domestic abuse laws and the facts I know of this case, she should have been arrested at the scene. However, since she was not arrested then, I am not sure if the police can make a case for domestic abuse now.
I do not see that Tiger has any guilt in a criminal matter. Perhaps he has moral guilt for his behavior with another woman. Perhaps he may be cited for reckless driving although I believe the cause was his wife’s actions. Even if his wife had no part in his accident, I cannot see any reason for an arrest, perhaps a ticket but no arrest.
Depends on the judge. Could be millions.
How do you know this is bull? If there are competent blood tests available, case closed, guy. TW will need a creative defense.
I don’t understand the defense of this guy, now. When he seemed squeaky clean, he was respected for his talent AND his unwillingness to play the race card game (hooray). But there seems to have been lies told to the responders. Not to mention some substance to the inquiry.
