“Although President Obama has been in office less than a year, many Americans are growing disenchanted with his handling of the enormous problems he and the country are facing, from healthcare to unemployment to Afghanistan.

Coming from the SRM, it's probably a prelude to urging him to stick to his liberal ideals, and not compromise with those hicks from flyover-burg. Like when slick Willard blamed the 1994 loss of Congress on the Democrats not being liberal enough to shove socialized medicine down our throats, instead of anger that they even thought of such a thing, plus anger about the assault weapons ban.

Her mention of Afghanistan is the key here, IMHO. The Hard Left, which Katie represents is not happy with his operations in Afghanistan. It's not hard to understand as he is breaking a big campaign promise.

If Katie was really sick of him, she'd say he was breaking a major campaign promise (like on George H. Bush - No New Taxes). The mention of Afghanistan is a shot across Obama's bow. If Obama doesn't reverse course, there is no telling what Katie, Obermann and the hard left will do to O.
