Details from King 5 news:
He was supposed to be wearing a GPS monitoring “bracelet”.
He took that off. (Duh.) The ‘carjacking’ theory seems wrong. The police found a white truck registered to him.
(So perhaps he just ran to where his truck was and drove that away? No carjacking?)
