It hasn’t been mentioned on this thread. The man was not just facing charges for child rape, it was considered to be a 3rd felony in our state’s 3 strikes you’re out law. He was facing certain life imprisonment! 15k, or life imprisonment was what it boiled down to. I’m going to guess that the perp is dead, from self inflicted gun shot wound. He decided to commit murder suicide.
I live only 2 miles from where this happened, and about 4 miles from where two black pukes point blank murdered a brinks truck driver making a stop at Walmart. Those perps got $400 from the driver who died instantly. They later that night, or next night, were found celebrating their loot at Red Lobster within miles of the scene of the crime.

So on the way home Komo has an interview they did with this guy. He was apparently a manager at an apt building that burned down.
