Just MHO, too little too late. You don't kill the dandelion by pulling its head off -- you have to go for the roots and eliminate them completely as a threat. (In human terms conversion is one way. Just sayin'.)
But I really doubt this will ever be done. America -- a great idea, didn't last.
One cannot kill an idea. They may try. They will fail.
