I've been following this all day. The police spokesman already said it was a handgun. No AK's or SKS's involved. Legal owners of military weapons have enough problems without adding crimes like this to the list!

Mmmmm, Its hard to believe some gang banger is that good of a shot. Pistols are defensive weapons, not offensive. Not one cop got his weapon out????? I smell a cover up. (heads are hard targets even when hit.)
