“Value added data...” - you can’t make this stuff up.

I must have slept through the class describing that type of data. Oh...wait...it’s coming back to me...I think it was also called “fudged”.

I have to provide analytical reports for a business and I have to be ready at a moment’s notice to defend their findings using the original source data and a detailed description of the methodologies used to come to those conclusions. This data HAS to be made available to others. I don’t think that this is an unusual practice in the business world.

I was under he impression that the scientific community had an even higher standard of rigor.
