Oh, you might try just ONE of the many sources...a treatise written by Jared Diamond called “Guns, Germs, and Steel” that I use in my classes. This is a good compilation of history of humans based on scientific data. There are many, many others.

Try reading actual factual histories rather than quasi liberal multicultural gobbledygook. Not saying his book isn't factual in many places, but if it is written in the same fashion as the one I read, it is heavy on assumptions with a light glaze of moonbattey to support liberal ideologue positions
