Is the WH administration not paying any attention at all to how people feel about granting terrorists civilian trials? I know some so-called Americans can’t wait to see our soldiers at the Hague, but I doubt most Americans wouldn’t be angry.
If this happens, if US soldiers can be tried by the very people we’re fighting in international court, then there will be a Revolution in the US.
Common enlisted people will then get to choose between court martial for disobeying orders or being dragged to world court for following the orders.
IT GOES FROM RIOTS TO REVOLUTION WHEN THEY LOSE CONTROL OF THE MILITARY!
In fact, should he even attempt an investigation he will become a marked man to be dealt with by a future pro-American administration ~ maybe hunted down like the rabid dog he sounds to be.
I would certainly vote early and often for any candidate who pledged to eliminate these people from public affairs.
