"...It has successfully fought banks that redline and engage in predatory lending..."

Ummm, yeah. Can you say "Community Reinvestment Act"? Sheesh. This is one of the things about liberals that scares the crap out of me...they believe their own BS.

It has successfully fought banks that redline and engage in predatory lending

So it was responsible for the housing bust (partly) - and this is from the guy who's championing them.

Editor and Publisher. A dying business.

And they want to kill it even faster by supporting Cap and Trade, which will destroy the last shreds of the economy and leave us all freezing in the dark.

I used my best speed reading technique on this one—took me about five seconds, since there was no substance anywhere in it.

I read up until "...Although the predicted voter fraud never materialized..." then it was clear sailing after that.

I think that the E.P. Clapp venereal disease went to his brain!

Hey, isn’t this the College, Occidential, that Zer0 attended, before he went to Harvard Law??

(I thought that he had matriculated at Columbia, but it appears that Columbia records are as difficult to find as is his birth certificate!)

How many illegal or multiple voters did ACORN turn up to vote for a Republican? I’d be surprised if there was a single one.

Their idea set is straight out of Marx. Evil rich people. Good poor people. And who did they kill? The kulaks.

[Dekulakization was the attempt to eliminate kulaks as a class. Little provision was made for kulak survival in the special settlements. With the death of the kulaks, there was hope for less opposition to collective farms and Soviet directives. There was also the hope that formerly close-knit communities would lose their local leaders and be dependent, not on the traditions and social dynamic that existed within villages across rural Russia, but on the local soviets, who implemented Stalin’s orders.

[Kulaks were former peasants in Russia who owned medium-sized farms as a result of the reforms introduced by Peter Stolypin in 1906. Stolypin’s intention was to create a stable group of prosperous farmers who would form a natural conservative political force. By the outbreak of the First World War it was estimated that around 15 per.

In Russian and Soviet history, a wealthy or prosperous peasant, generally characterized as one who owned a relatively large farm and several head of cattle and horses and who was financially capable of employing hired labour and leasing land. Before the Russian Revolution of 1917, the kulaks were major figures in the peasant villages. They often lent money, provided mortgages, and played central roles in the villages’ social and administrative affairs.]

It only takes a few words to tell the truth.

It takes tons of rambling, redundant paragraphs when you are trying to hide it.

“82% of Americans reported they had heard about ACORN.”

Charlie Gibson, long after the scandal peaked, said he’d never heard of ACORN. Reversing public sentiment about ACORN and rehabilitating it to the point where it can control the 2010 census will be the biggest challenge to the MSM since getting the most corrupt and least qualified president in history elected.

Thank you for this story. I’ll keep it and use it the next time I have to get something bad out of my stomach. It makes me retch to read so many lies in one story.
