Pawlenty has jumped on the Green bandwagon with his support of ethanol and other "green initiatives".
Pawlenty balanced several Minnesota budgets thru the use of fees - which is a violation of his 2002 No New Taxes pledge.
Pawlenty supported and signed the Minnesota Twins stadium bill - and in the process denied Hennepin County voters the right to hold a referendum as to whether they wanted to be taxed for it."
