It might end up dead in Congress but will be implemented through the EPA which has regulatory power thanks to the SCOTUS.
Don’t mean to sound like a pessimist here but these fools are going to ram this down the throats of the American people, come hell or highwater.
I tend to agree, but they are sowing the winds of their own utter destruction. The squeegee guy in chief has actually bumbled the whole charade, and now this. This is icing on the cake.
