Of course it is. Cap-and-Trade will cost the US trillions and the money will go to government and environ-mentalists. That is "redistribution" under law in case you missed the point. You work for the money, government takes it and passes it out to the politically deserving!!!!!!

I totally agree with you. What I was trying to say is that reducing pollution is literally that. Not a redistribution of wealth issue the current government forces have made it. (carbon tax credits, fraud)
