First, MSM won’t report it.

Second, ACORN and MSM will declare its illegally obtained and is therefore not to be used in court. [The old Clinton defense - if you can’t produce legal evidence that we did something, it doesn’t count].

Third, I would watch my back if I were the PI. SEUI/ACORN thugs will probably kill them.

Except, of course, that the courts have found that any evidence discarded and placed in a unsecured trash container is considered PUBLICLY AVAILABLE, and cannot be considered illegally obtained. . . . .

I believe the law is clear that once the owner of documents puts them at the curb — or in a dumpster for the refuse boys — they are in the public domain and considered abandoned. That status, I believe, would make them admissible in court.
