If I said we are going to defeat Obama and his administration to liberate our country from this Tyranny, "By any means necessary", just like this poster, I'd be thrown in jail. Just like Malcolm X, it would advocate a violent overthrow of the government of the United States. This is illegal, yet the implied violence that this MUSLIM suggested is not.
