IMO, Carol Browner's statements tell us what is likely to happen. No matter how much is exposed, no matter what percentage of the population is against it, the Dems are going ram "climate change" taxes and schemes up our butts as if we were turkeys for stuffing.Maybe not the way you think. I don't think the senate is going to pass crap and trade, but the SCOTUS, in a mindless 5-4 vote, ruled that the EPA has to regulate CO2. They may think that will shift the blame.

The Constitution gives the SC no such authority to make that ruling. And it is unconstitutional for a non elected department to assume such "regulatory" power.

The idea of a couple of bureaucrats having the ability to completely take over all of energy and industry scares the hell out of me.
