It’s horrible. My mother has a houseful of East Coast relatives and they can’t believe for the first time ever, in 40 years, we will have no fire on Thanksgiving. It’s so cozy and wonderful and my mother won’t put on her heater (she has a great fireplace), so we will now have a cold and dark Thanksgiving.
We told her we’d all chip in and pay any fine but she says she doesn’t want to take a reeducation class in Sacramento.
Truly horrible. A real downfall to living in CA. But today I spent the day wine tasting in beautiful Napa Valley; these times offset the horribleness. . .
Well, why doesn’t someone file a lawsuit?
