Witt and her boyfriend, Steven Paul Colver, 19, are charged with murdering Joanne M. Witt, 47, in June after the mother filed a statutory rape report against Colver.

1. I agree completely regarding a 14 y/o girl and a 19 y/o pervert/loser. That's statutory rape.

2. I don't quite agree on sharing the girl's diary with police. That sort of issue can be resolved calmly between the pervert, the father, and a fundamental debating tool:
